The Campfire Studio is open!

Hey everyone!

This one’s a big one.

After a year and a half of planning, sketching, hauling furniture, testing lights, rebuilding walls, and more late nights than we’d like to admit…
The Campfire Studio is officially open.

We’ve put down roots in South Vancouver, just off SE Marine Drive, and for the first time ever we have a permanent home built specifically for the kind of stories we love to run. A space designed for immersion. For atmosphere. For that moment when the lights dim and everyone leans forward at the same time.

The Studio, Built for Storytelling

At the heart of it all is a custom castle room. We designed this space from the ground up to feel like stepping into the world, not just sitting around it.

There’s a massive handcrafted walnut table at the center. The kind you gather around. The kind that makes a game night feel like an occasion.

Around it, we’ve layered in theatrical lighting, a cinematic sound system, and all the little touches that make scenes breathe; thunder rolling through the speakers, torchlight flickering across the walls, the low hum before something terrible crawls out of the dark.

And of course, everything you already know us for is still here. Shelves of miniatures. Big 3D terrain spreads. Props. Letters. Handouts. The works.

It’s the full Campfire experience, just turned up a notch.

What’s happening now

With the Studio open, we’re expanding what we can offer.

We’re taking:

• Private one-shots for birthdays, celebrations, and team events. Book here!
• Public drop-ins through Discord. Join here!
• Ongoing campaigns in the new space

All four of our current campaigns have already migrated into the room, and we have two more getting ready to start soon. Seeing multiple tables of players calling this place home each week has been surreal in the best way.

If you’ve been waiting for the right time to jump in, this is it!

More games means more storytellers.

• Someone with a knack for social media and sharing what we’re building

Looking ahead

Now that the doors are open, we’re shifting focus to the next layer.

We’re continuing to refine the Studio, adding little improvements and polish as we learn how the space lives week to week. At the same time, we’re preparing a brand-new website and booking system to make joining a game simpler and smoother, especially as we head into convention season.

The goal is the same as always: less friction, more storytelling.

This room didn’t appear overnight.

It’s the result of 18 months of support, word of mouth, early bookings, Discord chats, and a community that kept showing up and saying, “yeah, let’s build this thing.”

The Studio is the culmination of a dream we’ve talked about for a long time. Now we finally get to share it!

Thank you for being part of the journey so far. We can’t wait to welcome you into the room, pull out the minis, dim the lights, and start something unforgettable together.
